Is this really cheaper than what I run now?
For most restaurants, yes. Stacking a POS, a commission-free ordering tool, and a marketing service often runs $400 or more a month. mise replaces that stack with one flat plan, so you usually pay less and manage less.
What does card processing cost?
A flat 2.6% + 10 cents per transaction, in person or online. Direct orders through your mise site carry 0% marketplace commission.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. mise is month to month. We earn the relationship instead of locking you in, which is the opposite of the two-year contracts some POS companies require.
What counts as a location?
One physical venue with its own menu and checkout. Multiple locations are covered under a custom Multi-location plan with roll-up reporting.
Do you help me switch from my current tools?
Yes. Migration and white-glove setup are included. We move your menu, listings, and history so you go live without the headache.
Can I start small and upgrade?
